The device box has a built-in hole saw to create a perfect-sized hole everytime without any special hole saw or template. The piercing drill bit at the center of the blade assures pinpoint location accuracy. It has polycarbonate construction for durability and strength. This round box with a depth of 2.5-inches, measures 4.38-Inch x 4.38-Inch and has a capacity of 18.3-Cubic-Inches. The box features mount hole spacing to accommodate 3/0 and 4/0 fixtures. This box supports fixture up to 6 lbs. Raised mounting rings with center hole located inside the back wall of the box ensures quick and easy surface mount, basement or attic studs installations. It is ideal for mounting light fixtures, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The shark tooth device meets UL and RoHS standards.
